Self-Care Week is an annual national awareness week that focuses
on embedding support for self-care across communities,
families and generations.
We are supporting all AT Medics Practices to be involved in this important week.
There are many things Practices can do to get involved, including:
- placing key resources around the Practice (posters / TV screen messages etc)
- ensuring all staff are trained in SMART and are actively signposting patients to self-care resources
- hosting a Self-Care Awareness Event or Coffee Morning
- arranging a Walking Group
Please promote the event as much as you can around your Waiting rooms and Admin areas.
You can download all of your materials from the official Self-Care website.
If you need any help with the planning of your events or have any questions,
please contact Daisy Phillips (Digital Marketing Assistant) at daisy.phillips1@nhs.net
